Abstract

The article analyzes the scientific approaches to determining the role and functions of venture capital. Explored are different approaches to the analysis of mechanisms and tools for managing the enterprise innovation process. Clarified are the characteristic features of venture capital. Revealed is the role of venture financing in the conditions of the Ukrainian economy transformation; identifying the features of the development of the national venture innovation industry
