CLASSIFICATION OF DEVICES FOR MEASURING THE TORQUE OF ELECTRIC MOTORS

The measurement of the torque on the shaft of a running motor is determined by measuring the reaction moment of the stator at the moment of force, or by measuring the angle of twist of the connecting shaft under the action of the transmitted torque. In both the first and the second case, there are some difficulties in obtaining reliable measurement results. They are associated with the characteristics of the dynamometric characteristics of sensors, which under the action of increased vibration and loads, which often border on shock loads, have a serious impact on the accuracy of devices for measuring the torque of electric motors. The force moment is measured by estimating the quantitative measure of the change in the state of the elastic element. This is due to the converters of such a physical quantity into a certain electrical signal.
