PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE HUMANISATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract

Humanization of the students’ educational process at the higher educational establishments in Ukraine is possible when it subject the education to the upbringing process using the methodology system. The relations between the humanization and democracy is very close. Ten main characteristics of the student’s personality are being analyzed and ranged according to the students’ ideal personality. Psychological aspect of humanization of the educational process is influenced by their morale, mutual cooperation with each other, teaching staff, activity in the students’ morale upbringing. Pedagogical aspect of humanization brings to the students’ creative activity ruled by their cognitive growth and cognitive interest.
